Dr. Daniel F. Lynch Memorial Fund
| FY12 Grant CycleThe Community Foundation is not currently accepting requests for funding through the Dr. Daniel F. Lynch Memorial Fund. During the FY12 grant cycle, The Community Foundation accepted applications from organizations that provide dental care to underprivileged children living in Washington, DC and Montgomery County, MD. Grant awards will be made in the Fall of 2011 in the range of $2,500 - $7,500. Details about the FY13 cycle (2012-2013) will be posted in the spring of 2012. Applicants will be asked to submit a proposal which includes the following information: •Statement/Statistics regarding need for dental care by children in the Washington Metropolitan Area •Description of dental services provided at your clinic and how these meet the need •Description and number of children served (as distinguished from number of visits) •Percent of these children who reside in Montgomery County, the District and elsewhere •Outreach efforts targeting children living in Montgomery County, if any •Average length of time that services are provided to a client •Sustainability of services provided •Other relevant information For More Information Aylin Guven Donor Services Officer aguven@cfncr.org 301-588-2544 x3#
